Nice to see Bak break his 1500 pr of 3:44.32 after what has been a dismal seaosn for him after injuries.

Also good to see Gary actually run a decent time. His best this year is only 839 i believe and a dnf at nationals so this is a big step for him to getting back to his best and hopefully then some.
