Where has he been? has he run anything so far outdoors? Maybe i completely missed it, but whatever did happen to him at indoor states, why didnt he run the 1000?

A very long story. PM me if you want the details.

Bottom Line: Drastic changes have been made in terms of advisement, training approach and race selection (which is pretty much everything) as of April 1st. Some of the workouts are now being scripted by individuals outside the team/school.

I was trackside on Monday, and will probably be back next Monday.
