I read a couple Months ago in Runnersworld this trick that actually worked pretty well. Basically you take an old baseball cap (not a "technical one" because it wicks moisture) and soak it in water. Then put it in the freezer. When your ready to run, take it out and it stays cold for a while and then obviously it melts and gets you wet.
It was 106 today and I tried it for the first time, and I thought it worked surprisingly well.
Just alittle tip for people who run in the heat.

That was actually a semi-good article. They freakin run at 3 am.
