Once again the Running School in conjunction with our Coaching Enhancement Program will be offering a FREE Coaching Clinic Monday August 20, 2007 Registration will begin at 10:00 and the first seminar will start at 11:00. This years program will feature:
Coaching Seminars that are being offered:
•Tim Bro 2004 Olympian and American Indoor 3000 meter record holder.
•Injury identification and rehabilitation presented Jim and Phil Wharton
•Scott Simmons author of the book Take The Lead: A Revolutionary Approach To Coaching Cross Country.
•Incorporating heart rate monitors into your training program presented by Polar
•Wharton Active-Isolated Stretching (a Learn by doing class)
•Flo track will demonstrate their web site and its applications.
•Evening Key note Speaker Tim Bro
