Huge PR for Brannen.....

Is that sarcasm? It was his first race back after injury and he won while setting an outdoor pr. His indoor mile was more impressive by a little but i don't think how this can be anything but positive for someone who's just returning.

His PR was 3:39, why isn't running 3:37 huge for him????

very nice result for brannen and mcgowan. both of them, or at the very least, brannen, should go to europe and see if they can get under the A qualifying standard. this being brannen's first(?) race in a while, it bodes well for his running 3:34 this year in europe.

His PR was 3:39, why isn't running 3:37 huge for him????

I don't think anyone would consider a 337 huge for him. He ran a faster equivelent time indoors in the mile. Most people would consider a 334 this year about where he should be if he can stay healthy.
