Having had some recent private interactions with some of you on Patti's thread, and noting the 5000th post there, it's time again to express my gratitude. I don't come on here enough, so I need to make it count.

I cannot TELL you how grateful I am to have folks like Patti and Dan, Ruth, and other former elites on Track Talk -- and to have all those who SUPPORT all of them (and, like me were on the cusp of eliteness or at least wanna be's ;) ) posting and keeping them lit up.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that all of you are here. Please keep the Lounge going, keep inviting new and cool people, and, most of all, keep encouraging the young runners on here, so sometime in the future they'll be grateful old folks like us!!!

Patti, you and Dan are at the root of this great era ... THANK YOU so much. I truly hope to meet as many of you as possible some day soon.

And, gee, to that end, maybe I should post my upcoming travel schedule! Come out and meet SteveU! LOL

Footie at Vanny but only if you come for pizza after. OK If the post races Queens trip is quashed by business I just happen to know  a joint up there that serves an honest pint and a good gingerale.

It's suppose to be a RUNNING English Lop...but it's not running. Aaron set it up for me and can't get it to move...he may have to change to another avatar. (it was surprise for moi)

Steve, you need to figure out a way to make your avatar randomly scream, "SHARON!!" :D

Hi annoying bugSwatting the screen won't help.

Yes...

I tried it.

(I know it's my bug and I'm the one who put in my signature. I still tried it.)

I just pull your posts down far enough on my screen that I can't see the bug in the sig. :D Unfortunately I'm not kidding.
