Last year I was kind of thrown into throwing by my coach since we basically had no one and pretty much sucked at shot (23-24) but in disc I was the best girl in my school throwing around 80 each time. What do I do to get the disc out farther without really bulking up or anything. I'm pretty skinny for a thrower (5' 6" 127lbs) but running is my first prioriety although I would like to be able to throw mid to high 90s and above this year (soph). I've been running each day to get in shape for sprints but I have no idea how to improve my technique and throw farther. My spin is kind of messed up I guess but it works for me, I always fall back at the end though.

Sounds like your quick feet are probably helping you. Work on technique, technique, technique. Throw a lot of reps and repeat each phase of the rotation - power, 1/2 turn, South African, full turn, til you get them down. Good luck - Keep us updated on your progress.
