Ok, so i think the lydiard method of training is the best way to build a base for xc. This summer, i decided to do crew every morning for 2.5 hours. We usually row pretty hard, and crew is a sport where you use your legs, back, and shoulders. I have been a little worried though, because my mpw has been in the range of 30-50. i havent been able to run as much as i would of like, because i am just too tired from crew. do you think i am building a good base for xc?
