Let's just say that ref had a lot of stones... no one calls a foul with that amount of time remaining. Rumeal wasn't even going up for a shot either.

If the game had gone to 2OT, #41 Glen Rice would padded that tournament points record even more and the game wouldn't have to come down to FT's.

I haven't posted here since August 18. After I started working regularly for Dyestat I decided to keep my political opinions to myself, and there isn't much else to talk about here besides sports I am not interested in (American football, baseball, basketball...). But I miss the daily exchange of "pleasantries" with Wolverine and momzunguherr.

Anyway, does anybody know how do I go about opening a savings account in a US bank denominated in Euros or Canadian dollars or anything else worth more than green toilet paper? I can't really find anything specific about it on Google.

I can only comment about his Dyestat persona...

Smart guy...bigger ego...thought he was smarter than everybody about everything - or at least he tried very hard to convey that position. Ultimately, I chalk him up as a spoiled brat that is probably in bad need of experiencing the real world if he's anything like his Dyestat persona.

Harsh words, but hey, after many years of reading his posts and interacting with him, that's my take on Jwaks the Dyestat poster. I have no idea if Jwaksman is any different than the real Jeff W on a day to day basis - only he can say for sure.

He added fireworks here in the LL, but I can't say that I miss him at all.

I agree that it was far more entertaining when we had a more diverse group of personalities here.

Now we have the same guy x 20 with a few notable and quite entertaining exceptions...at both extremes. :D

We used to have fireworks in the Lounge.

I was and continue to be a Duke fan...since the late 70s. With that said...

Those Fab Five teams were great - very exciting brand of basketball even if they couldn't beat the Dookies! ;)
