For all those interested in doing USATF cross country after high school XC season is over there is a great Manchester based team called the granite state flash. Last year we were 8th at nationals for youth but the majority of the team is moving up to intermediate. If you were born in 1989 or 1990 then you are elidgable. There are plenty of open spots on the team and it is very independant and mostly to have a lot of fun running around in hotels. Nationals are in Rhode Island this year which means it is very inexpensive. It is highly competative and very exctiing. Nationals last year was the highlight of my XC season.

I'm pretty interested...I'm not quite sure yet, but very interested. Billy and I are debating still..keep you informed though, Dom has been talking to me about it.
