Don't listen to what the "guy at the track meet" said, and don't listen to what the people on dystat say. Except me. You seem too focused on getting other people's opinions.

Question: Am I good for my age?
Answer: Yes, obviously.
Question: Can I be great for my age 2 years from now?
Answer: Yes, if I work hard and etc.

You don't need other people to answer these questions for you.

good job. I like the way you integrated your PR's and grade in the sneaky form of a stupid question to show them off. once again, congrats.

while you just blatantly put your PR's in your signature to show them off

You'll never amount to anything in this world if you rely on other people to tell you how good you can be.

hubers, your only gonna get better

but only 4 guys in high shool have ever gone sub 4, a more realistic goal is like 4.10 by the end of high school

but no way you run sub four

I can't see how what we say matters.
If we say no, do you get discouraged and quit?
If we say yes, do you just not work as hard because people think you're a "shoe in"?

I was wondering if it is possible for me to run sub 4 by college.
Answer that one yourself.
