what does the buddy and ignore lists do?

well? what happens if i put people on them. I think i know what ignore does, but not sure? Could someone tell me?

I think adding the person as a buddy just shows when they're on Dyestat. I'm not sure about that one though.

Ignore makes it so you can see the person posted, but it just says "This person is on your ignore list". You can still read their post, but you have to click a link on their unseen post, which opens up a new window with their message.

As obnoxious as some people get, I think putting them on the ignore list is stupid because if you can't read their posts, you usually won't understand the thread.

It is not that difficult if only one person is on your ignore list. As for the buddy list, the only convenience that I have found is that you use the quick links to open up the list if you need to PM someone on it.
