Does anyone have any info on Justin Craddock? I have not come across any race info since his #4 alltime 1:51.34i at NSIC.

Also, does anyone know if he plans on running the Hartford 800m?

he runs a race next weekend and i think he is said he was focusing on speed for a bit before putting a time out there in the 800. From what i understand he wants to get some better training than he has had lately but he may be running a 400 next week with a 200 and some relays??? but not sure....i am on his team but i only overhear what he tells the coaches or the coaches tell him
