Jobs at a running camp

I'm a high school senior and my parents are forcing me to find something to do this summer so I was thinking about finding a job at some sort of running camp. Does anyone know much about this? Do you have to be a certain age or speed to qualify for a job? I realize that I'm not old enough to be a counselor but possibly a counselor in training or junior counselor or whatever you call it. Any help would be much appreciated.
