Has anyone gone to this camp during the spring before and could tell me about the every day "routine" (Is it speed worlouts or just distance runs?) ? And is anyone going this April?

i went last year and i'm going again this year. it really depends on the weather. last year it snowed a lot so we did a lot more mileage than usual. last year was my first year so idk, but i'm pretty sure there are 3 or 4 running days, with 2 runs a day, and then 3 or 4 hiking days. its a lot of fun though and the people who run do a great job. i got a lot out of it last year.

Daily routine on running days is 3 easy in the morning and then a longer/harder workout in the afternoon, but usually nothing killer and there are usually different groups you can go with.
On hiking days there is an optional 6 mile morning run, and then you hike for like 4-5 hours in the Adirondacks.

Brimstein and Mattiucci are both going from my team, i heard some of the Brighton guys are in, and Jenn Spitzer are the one's I'm sure of. I'm guessing Dupont, Rivers, the Champaignes, and Hartung will be back too.

So my coach invited me to go to this even though i am not one of the greatest runners (2:20/5:10/11:30/19:00) and now im a bit worried cause most of the people are much faster than me. Should i be worried?

Which camp would you be going to? The August camp has a couple of full teams (including ours), so there will be runners with times similar to yours. You will be grouped with people in your time range as well, so nothing to worry about regardless of which camp you go to.....Guido runs a great camp!

Anyone know which college runners will be there this summer? Josh McDougal was at ours last year and was great!

Thanks - got the lists today - Christian is at the July camp and Jeff Beck will be at our camp (I'll be in his dust). Looks like our camp is pretty much our teams, Brighton and Irondequoit plus a few individuals from various places.
