Dear Coaches
I'm looking for a personal trainer for Discus and Shot
Right now im throwing shot around 35 and disc around 120
Im also 6 foot 1 inch and 185 pounds
If anyone has information please let me know

What do I know, is it called the shot put? I thought it was bocce ball? haha, that's what people think we are doing when I train the kids.. I forgot to include my website in the first post.
