Hey what are you running? I'm going to be there but our coach really has not said what we are going to run. Our team will have a few missing cause of ACT test today.

trackthlete wishes he had registered before tracklete...
hooray for 4 x 1600 and DMR.
Sprints and 4 x 8 should be beastly, as usual.

What school? Why would you be going to a meet without even knowing the race distance?

highlight of the meet in terms of distance had to be the 4 x 8, LT got dropped on their first and second legs but made up huge ground on maier's and kuphall's legs, they had to be about 50-75 meters behind. hinsdale central led until kuphall's leg; somerfield made a big move and tried to pass him but faded and ended up running 1:57. 8:10ish finish. LT went on to win the dmr handily; neuqua cruised to the 4 x 1600 win over bartlett.

Because 4 of our distance people were taking the ACT's and we did not know who was going to show up on time to run what event. So that is why all of of distance relays sucked. We had to scramble each time to find a 4th person. I think you could real tell in that DMR. I would have run it but I thought we had enough people and I started to eat pizza already.

Good meet, perfect weather. Anybody notice Marc Garstka of LT? This kid's a soph, and he ran a 1:57 800 today in the SMR then came back in the class relay and 4x4. Damn.

No I was literally eating 2 pieces at the time. I also just came back for being injuried. I rolled my ankle and the tendon is still strained.
