Do you like the ladies? If yes, don't stop doing situps until you can clean a pair of jeans with your abs

I do a core workout 2 nights a week. Every day seems a little excessive, but do what you wish.

Correct. You need to give your body a rest. 2 or 3 nights seem like they would be the best amount of time.

3 days a week is optimal. More than that and your reach a point of diminishing returns.

tis easy when you live with your parents and deliver pizzas, as i do now and for the next 3 weeks until i move to portland. the only saving grace is their high speed internet connection.

If you were completely dedicated, you would be doing absolutely everything possible to run as fast as you physically can.
