Totally awesome jumping
why would title be 7-3? 7'2 1/4 is good enough no?

7-2 1/4 is correct ... but you can't edit a thread title, so ...

Thanks a lot everyone. I don't know about Roob's title either, had me convinced I jumped even higher. Sadly, it doesn't really matter whether or not I get the standard for the Trials, I'll be in Japan already. However, I do hope to get it, and a place in the top 8, at Nats.

Many of you may not have an idea of who Nick Reid is, he ran for Parsippany 4 years ago he ran the 400 more and better than the 8, when I saw him..I told a couple folks, this kid could be a really nice 800 runner some day
Great for him

Nick Reid is my former teammate...at the end of his senior year my coach knew he'd most liekly be running the 8 in college so he moved him up to the distance. To my knowledge he made it to moc in the spring of his senior year. I'm happy he's running great thoughout college. Not many people stick though running from my old hs school

And Cory Nelms will go into the East 400H final actually seeded ahead of Gaymon, whose casual stroll is going to stick him in Lane 7. (Not that it should matter).
Seriously, though 50.83 for Nelms is impressive. The kid almost never ran the IH in high school and could have given Will Brown a nice race at the MOC, had he not false started in the sectional 110s his senior year.

Fifth-place 159-4 for 2003 MOC Winner Kelly Robinson in East Girls Jav.
Seventh-place 57-11 for Monmouth's Chris Keller (formerly Matawan) in East shot.
Oh yeah, congrats Justin on a huge meet. Almost out at 6-11, huh? Nice turnaround.
Of other interest, Curtis over Quigley is somewhat surprising, although not really in a championship-type race. And Felnagle appears to be the only person, male or female, in any region going after the 800 and 1,500. Have fun with that.

The 7'3" thing is my fault I believe. I told Reub on an estimate that 2.19m was 7'3" not 100% sure. He came back and told me it was 7' 2.25" after I had already figured it out on my phone. Anyway Great Job.
Gomes and Novak in finals tomorrow should be good.
Pachella may end up making an at-large bid. I'll keep updates tomorrow after I get back from EHT.
