Coming back from Arthroscopic Knee Surgery

I had artho surgery on wed, and was just wondering about how long until Im back out there running.....They went in and trimmed the fat pad in my knee cas it was pinched and i was having knee pain for over 3 months....

also is it normal for the knee to like gurgle when i bend it?..i figure its just fluid from the swelling, and it seems to be reabsorbing itself little by little....

I had relatively small (but not arthro) surgery on my knee to remove some pins i had from 3 years ago on 5/20....so maybe you can apply this to your situation

i was totally out of comission for about a week and a half, started crutching around for about 4 days, and then now i can walk pretty normally

I'll still be in rehab/PT for 2-6 weeks, but hope that gives you an idea
