I wonder if there will be any fallout from all of their Stevie Wonder jokes.

How about Dwight's comment about a javelin thrower "stinking up the place" because he couldn't get past the 80m line.

Rule Number One: Never make fun of a large man who can throw an implement potentially able to cause death over 250 feet in distance.

That being said, I enjoyed the feed, the coverage didn't feel as rushed as the standard American coverage. Thanks ESPN!

Yup, it was nice to get decent coverage, despite the Stevie Wonder jokes - which they utterly worked into the ground.

It was great to see so much javelin.

Sorry, I didn't hear the Wonder jokes. What we're they saying? I can't even imagine how they fit those in . . .

The Stevie Wonder jokes - they were getting the European feed directly, without any warning of what was up next, and they had to do a commentary that made it sound like it was live. The commentators kept saying how they had to make it up as they went along and kept saying something along the lines "This is like Stevie Wonder without the cane..." but they did it so many times that it got a bit old - not to mention kinda tasteless.

But, any track feed is better than none, so I'm not complaining (too much)

Yuck. Good thing its track they were commenting on. No one was watching I'm sure so no one will complain. :) :(
