my understanding is the Markiewicz meet is on Friday 4/22 and Ny relays HS division is Sat. 4/23....

some results i saw:
suffern girls 4x8 takes first
newburgh boys 1st in 4x1, ramapo second, nyack third
john jay first in shuttle hurdles
tz second in 4x1600, i think john jay was first (not sure)
warwick girls in 4x1600
nyack boys take first in sprint med 3:34 with wallace perriac in 154.7 (i was on the relay so thats the only time i know)

jj was first in 4x1600 in a time of 18:31.xx (4:38, 4:48, 4:33, 4:32)

i had no idea u guys had anyone that fast in the mile...i was really suprised when i saw that

yeah... and our 4:38 leg could be running at least as fast as our 4:32 and 4:33 legs.. and the 4:48 runner has run 4:40 recently.. so we (as in the 4 best on jj that can make it 4 laps without passing out) could concievibly drop the time another 15-20 seconds with everyone running strong :)
