I think she has a shot if she runs a smart race, but there are a few women ahead of her in the world (and Russia always seems to have someoen come out of nowhere.)

A.) She doesn't run the 800m very much.
B.) I wouldn't call 2:01.03 ( at the Prefontaine Classic ) all that slow.

I think she definately could but it will be tough:

Soboleva, Jamal, Burka and whomever Russia fields as 2 and 3 on their team make this a tough medal stand. That said, she seems to finish very strong so I'm certainly going to be rooting for her!!!

She's improved her personal best by 12 seconds this year! Awesome!!

As much as I doubt this, I was just wondering. Could the arguement for roids be made with improvement like that. There's the whole thing with Ramzi with his improvement and people suspect him, could the same be said with her. Understanding there are other reasons Ramzi is suspected.

If you look at pictures of Rowbury, she used to be kind of chubby. This year she started using Bowflex and has become very lean and toned. I'm thinking this probably has a lot to do with it as well as staying healthy for a long time period.
