Just wondering on whether or not you all think it would be a good option, or do you think it would be better to get a new shoe all together?

the french guy that just won worlds wore celars so i think you will be ok. also liu xiang wore celars but now he has some weird shoe.
moral- wear celars

Kerron Clement wears Celars. And if that isn't enough to convince you...I wear Celars.

Ah, it's nice to see some support. :D I was looking at other threads regarding reccomended spikes and I don't recall ever seeing anyone mention Celar's, even though I love them and use them as my race spike.

:D :D :D hi , xiang wears g5s .. he wore them at the olimpics. He also had them on at sevral of the golden legue meets . I have them now and i hurdle and there great!

actually xiang now has some weird custom plate with the g5 upper
