How low can he go?

The Great Rob A kicks off his season this saturday and my question to you is how low can Rob A go?

He will be running at the Roxbury Invitational where last year he ran 16:33

Not as far as he could if he runs his first mile like he did last year.:o :o :o

5k XC race in 16:33 (29 sec pr)

Race was crazy, all flat so I knew I had a good chance to pr. Field was stacked with many of the states best teams, I finished in 19th. I'll add a few more miles later.
