I've heard rumors that his parents don't like LWC for whatever reason. Now they want to move to either their old hometown in Orland Park, or to Elmhurst to add even more power to the Dukes.??? :confused: whoa that would be crazy!!

no but i heard that david blaine and criss angel-mindfreak are both moving to york and are just gonna teleport the whole state meet finishing 1-2..idk how they'll decide who wins though.

If for some crazy miracle reason LV did move to Elmhurst and run for York, I would have to think he would become one of the greatest distance runners in high school history. There is no way around it. He wouldnt race much. He would train like a madman. Run 1000 miles each summer and probably run under 8:40 and who even knows what else.

That would be making the assumption that he would always listen to his coach and not be overly influenced by his parents....

If he's already this good freshman year I'd have to argue and say keep doing what's working. Not everyone responds well to York's training.

Well, if you want him to be a part of the TEAM (remember Cross Country is a team sport), then he should be listenening to his coach. No extra training, peak at the right time, segment your year into the proper seasons.

if william perry employed his sit and kick tactic, I'd put him over Sage because of his superior footspeed. But if Jim McMahon wore his shades, I'd take him to win it all.

Well, the school can elect to move up to AAA for XC, if they so choose. He will still race bigger schools all year long. Maybe by the time he is a Senior, LWW might be big enough to be AAA anyway.
