I think York. They got a strong top 2 that can finish in the top 5. They also have a strong 3-5 split. The x-factor will be Adam Cecil. He was hurt for most of the season. I expect him to be closer to Sulkin/Hebert, which will make the difference. For them to win, they will have to run there best.

My system is my own system consisting of head to head matchups, taking short 5k courses into consideration, using Chris Derricks known times from last year, using information from big meets, noticing that so many teams have numerous people go under 15 minutes in "big Races" and then when they get to the biggest races, they do not achieve those times when competing against the best, plus using a luck and weather factor. If there is one thing I know about math is that numbers tell a story and you must be willing to listen. The only teams I struggle with are the Caifornia teams, and I might be using bad information, but we will know at about 2:18 mt on Saturday..

I definitely don't think it will be York, unless Herbert's performance at Foot Locker Midwest last week was a fluke.

You might want to take into consideration that not all courses are equal. There are very few courses in NY for instance where anyone will go under 15. In IL it isn't that rare for runners to go under 15.

Also, with teams not having runners go under 15 in big races.. that has more to do with the different courses and conditions than it does with their actual performance.

way off in the top 10, but take it from a californian, i would have loved to see this happen.
i would have thought some teams like Dana Hills would have done way better, and i was set on Woodlands getting top 3.
