Hey i just ran a 16.7 in the 110 hurdles on Friday and a 16.9 the Friday before that. Both times I won by a huge margin with no competition, the 16.7 performance resulted in a 19.7 for second place. Do you think it is possible to drop my time to say... 15.5 by May 28th? What would be the first things you would think of to drop a time like that??

how flexible is consider good flexibility? like when we "touch your toes" when stretching at practice, my head comes in contact wiht my knees. what other flexibility tests are there?

EDIT: Humanarrogance, what did you do to drop your time like that?
EDIT2: Mansfield, were you at the Boston Marathon?? cuz i saw some kids with Mansfield Track shirts on in front of Lord and Taylor during the finish.

who are you Mansfield? just curious.

as for hurdle, work on your steps. having perfect steps takes off more time than any flexibility work you could do in a month

Yeah I figured that much, I was just wondering who you actually were. I'm pretty familiar with who you guys got for hurdlers seeing as how i'm a hurdler from canton.

i had my first acuall 110 hh race today and i opened with a 14.3 thats a huge improvent over my state time of 15.1 last year. to lower your time you have to work work work technique form is everything you dont really need to be flexable cause i strech at high hurdles hiegth and i can barley touch my toes doing that. and also try finding tome htis summer and going to a camp that with work with you on hurdles and speed workouts.

I dropped .34 in one race in the 55. I had run the same time for 2 months and then I dropped .34 in a sub 7 second race. So yeah it's possible.
