Has any guy in here ever trained in womens shoes? Is there a huge difference? I would imagine they are somewhat different, but they are so much cheaper!
For example, I train in the Asics Gel-Nimbus 9's and I wear size 10's. In womens shoes, it would be a size 12. Not many women have that large of feet, hence them being cheap and easy to find (unlike size 10's).
Has anyone tried this?

To my knowledge, womens' shoes and mens' shoes only differ in color styles. They wouldn't be cheaper because they are bigger, but more expensive. When was the last time that something that was a larger size cost less.

I guessing he means they would be more likely to be on sale, because fewer women have feet that big.

I'm sorry but I don't even know how to respond. When was the last time that a running shoe was more expensive in a larger size?

Most womens shoes are B width so unless you have narrow feet, they might be too narrow.
Edit: But if you can find D width, i'd assume they would be fine.

I think you've convinced me not to try them. But I guess if a really good deal comes around with size 12, D width womens shoes, I might try them out;)

Some shoes are designed specifically for women's feet, and wouldn't likely work well for you. An example- the Womens Vomero.
Most womens shoes are 1.5 sizes smaller than mens shoes and one width narrower. So if you're a size 10, you would be a 11.5 wide(D width) in womens.

just run barefoot, what's your problem
on the other hand, i have 12.5 feet... we'd need a very huge women shoe to fit my leg lol :))
