Fail.
Yeah good point.

Fails generally do not make good points. 21 gets you booze, kids.

This is the stupidest a$$ thread. That is even racist to say that he is 20 because your saying it becuase he is African. He was having trouble getting his ameture status because he accepted money in races he won, not because there was a conflict with his age. Bastards. and you could not have won that race even if you trained untill you were 20, because your disrespectful and have no heart and have nothing better to do than talk about a great runner. BAM!

Wrong. I believe it's because he entered races with his age as 20. This raises questions about what his true age is and that information is not available due to his country of birth.

Donkey is correct here. There are all sorts of questions about Haille's age. BTW, Haille will either be 19 or 21 in a few weeks (Jan 23rd?).

One thing is certain; he's the best HS cross country runner in the nation.

The stupidity of this post reminds me of posts made by myself. Seriously though, as pointed out by donkey kong whatever, him being African is not the reason he is disliked. I feel like pointing out some other flaws I see with this post while I'm at it.
"stupidest a$$ thread" -What?
"Bastards" -There is no need for that
". and" -IDK if this is a typo or what but you can't start a sentence with and.
"you could not have won that race even if you trained untill you were 20, because your disrespectful and have no heart and have nothing better to do than talk about a great runner." -For starters you don't know if he could have won or not, and the disrespect thing pointing out earlier raised questions is not disrespect and last time I checked having or not having disrespect does not determine how good a runner is. You also used and too much. Finally, you have nothing better to do than defend people you do not know.
"BAM!" -Apperently you thought you made more of a point than you actually did.

Why would I argue with that post? You didn't try to argue with anything I said. I don't come to this forum to argue with you. That only happens when you say stupid things and it comes to my attention lol. As to your "p.s.": What did you get as in plate and upper?

Their black Nike Milers, with a track plate obviously, I'm so pumped for my first race in them!

I don't know what is so obvious about it. I know people who prefer the xc spike version for track. Are they all black? Like swoosh, stripe, laces, etc? More details would be nice. That's why I asked. Also it is "they're".

Well this is going to spoil the surprise for many of the colorado guys here, but since you are not from here I will describe them. They are all mesh, and black on the main part. The stripe is white, and the swoosh and lases are red. On the heels they say NIC and 303 in gold! They will debute on January 18th at the Air Force Invitational 2 mile.

The thing is, though, that if you come in here posting with that attitude you just look like an idiot and no one will take you seriously.

Dear nicolls10,

It is actually acceptable to start a sentence with "and" as long as you do it correctly, and sparingly.
I hope everybody in Colorado is blown away by your awesome spikes. They will probably be more impressive than the time on the clock when you finish your first 3200m in them.

What? Where the hell did this come from? I am in awe right now of how delayed these last two reactions are more than the actual insults that come from vertually no base. At least shouldofbeenablazer tried to make a point, which despite my lack of responding to is still not legitimant. You (scvwhatever), on the other hand, come here and and attack me. All I have to ask you is why? Why are you responding to comments I made, what, a week ago? I dont know what your problem is with me, but it must be outside of this thread, because no one in their right mind would come out and defend someone who came out completly up-front saying he is putting forth no effort to sound educated. Finally to you, who are you to criticize my times, or future time for that matter? Last time I checked in colorado, the form we are in right now, there not a substantial amount of people that are better than me, and out of those people I can not think of any who would attack me like that. I hope, for your sake, you identify yourself, if indeed you stand on correct ground to criticize me, but if you are just another dyestat troll, keep your identity to yourself.
To shouldofbeenablaser, look at a situation that has been brought up within the past week here on dyestat, Luke Verbikius (sp?), he is a 16 year old freshman, only a few months younger than me. What are you Jesse Jackson? This is not about race, there are reasons why people question the age of many immigrants. By the way, when a person enters the United States without a birth certificate they make a new one where you say when you think you were born. This is why many Africans who escape Darfur, and other conflict areas, have January first birthdays. With that being said I think, we can settle the assumption that simply just seeing a birth certificate does not prove you are that old. Now don't respond to this saying, 'Wait, Roblet does not have a January first birthday.' Do not say that because, one you can pick the day too, and two I do not know him well and do not even know if he is an immigrant. Joe and Soloman on the other hand are, so questions are asked.
To conclude, I am not a racist. I am simply looking at the situation from a none biased perspective. I do not care that Soloman Haile won footlocker, my pick for nationals droped out of the race far before it started.

Yours Truely,
Danny Nicolls

Why did I respond to your comments? Because this is a forum, and that is what you do on a forum. You talk about things. Respond to what others have to say. And no, I don't have any problems with you outside of this forum. I've seen you race, but I've never met you, and probably never will. And I was not criticizing any of your times. I have no right to do so, especially since you have already ran faster times than I did in high school. It just sounded like your new spikes will be so amazing that nothing could look nearly as impressive as them. Not even a blazing fast time. And judging from your numerous grammatical and spelling errors in many of the posts I have seen from you I do feel somewhat qualified to criticize you on that subject. And because I have never met you in person I don't really think I can say I have any real problems with you, other than the fact that I think you sound mild to moderately arrogant judging from some of your posts I have seen throughout the forums here. But like I said, I have never met you, and I don't think it would be fair to say whether or not I have a problem with you just by judging off of your posts on an online forum.

ok, so on that subject... my favorite to win was Haile. i was just trying to defend him a lil because this thread was like totally bashing him. If i said something bad about anyone who you thought was a great runner you would do the same. If someone said something bad about you or bobby or Joe or Evan Walt or Roblet or any of the great runners i would defend them all.
