I am surprised this has not gotten more play:

Damiere Byrd of Timber Creek scorches the track with a NJ state sophomore record, NJ all-time #15 and US #11 6.39 in Group 3. Byrd broke the state sophomore mark of 6.48 set by the legendary Dennis Mitchell of Edgewood in 1982.

That is fast.

By my count 13 guys have run as fast or faster in ALL grades.

i think we had him #15 all-time but yeah, lambo & i had just commented a few minutes earlier that there was no real dominating sprinter on the guys side this year when ...
