Ok, so I do a lot of power cleans, squats, bench, curls and ab work. Is there any other lifts that would be beneficial for a sprinter? I was just wondering if there is another lift that maybe Iam missing. I read somewhere that power cleans are the most beneficial lift that you can do for a track athlete.
Also, Is there any muscle group that I should also try to work that maybe isnt as common as others but helpful? Like is working hip flexors helpful? Ive never really read about someone having a lift to work flexors.. But any help would be much appreciated, thanks! :D
