I go by time and count my runs as if they were 7:30 pace. That could be way off but that's how I count. 2 or 3 days of lifting this week as well.
M: ~ 6 mi in 45:02. Out quick, slowed down, comfortable run, felt OK.
T: ~ 7 mi. 2.5 wu, ~3k tt on grass/gravel loop in 10:28.84 PR, ~2.5+ cd. Out fast, slowed down but kicked hard. Good run - didn't feel good warming up as I had a bit of a cold going so I'm happy with how this went.
W: ~ 5 mi in 37:36, felt OK for a recovery run but not great.
R: ~ 5.25 mi. 37:52 + 4 strides. Better than yesterday, legs kind of tired.
F: ~ 5.25 mi in 39:10, felt good once I got going, legs better recovered.
S: ~ 6.5 mi, ~ 6.25 in 47:06 + 4 strides. felt good 30 minutes into the run.
35 on the week, will probably take tomorrow off.
