I hear USU should be good (I agree) if they can keep everything together with their team. They definitely have talent in kids like Steve Strickland who just came off a rebound year where he went to USATF's in the steeple.
Weber is a slight unknown to me at this point. Anyone know if David Olsen is still there? He's on their roster (as is Bryant Jensen who is gone). Lambert, Nye, Shepard and co should produce some good results this year barring injuries. I'm a little worried about next year for them though.
As far as recruiting is concerned, hats off to UVU for their haul of local talent. Seems as though they hooked 50% of the collegiate-level seniors throughout the state. This is their first year with complete D1 creds with a shot at regionals which should make them hungry. Freshmen are always an unknown until they get to the stage so who knows what will show up (and who their top 7 will be) their first race. I'm actually kinda intrigued to see it.
And last, but not least, SUU. I can't say much but I'll just say I'm pretty confident in our team down here in Cedar. Significantly better than last year imo.
If there was an NCAA Utah championship race this is how I'd rank it:
1. BYU
2. SUU
3. Weber
4. USU
5. UVU
3-5 would be amazingly close though.

2-5 was close just as expected, going 8-9-10-11. Great season.
now on to Indoor track, thank heavens.
