Just got back from the 8-hour trip home from Nationals. Here's my food for thought on the meet...
1. It was awesome how many teams brought good fan/cheering crowds and decked out pretty well. My teammates and I attempted at a picture with every mascot we saw. The guy in the "dont get boxed in" box was awesome.
2. I was also around the 100m to go area and you could see Kosgei was truly struggling, as he was basically walking in to the finish.
3. Ricky Flynn's mom is awesome. It was completely quiet and he turned the corner and she went nuts. Something along the lines of "OMG OMG No Way!!!". My teammates and the crowd around us went nuts for her.
4. NCC kicked ass.
