"News in the states" map is messed up

It's has Wyoming within the NW Region borders when it's actually in the SW Region.

Was there ever an announcement that they were switch from the NW to SW?

Because in the first pre-season rankings in 2004 Wyoming was NW. Link

Maybe the map is correct, but they listed WY in the wrong region.

No. I PM'ed ArcadiaInvite and I think he fixed it. He also said that there was an announcement about the change from last year. Just haven't found a link for that yet.
