Plantar Fasciitis

I have had Plantar Fasciitis before and now it has returned. I got orthotics to correct the problem two years ago. I think I may have increased my mileage too drastically and pushed myself too hard. Now I'm feeling the pain again!!

After taking 24 days off the pain has not really subsided. What gives?????

Anyone have any solutions for me. I get pissy every time I think about taking another day off!
