as of now I think that Ethan Shaw will win the one mile and the two mile, but it all depends on how Nick Williams looks going into the season. he will definently compete in both the mile and the two mile.

Shaw is definately not a lock to win the mile. Corey Dewitt is probably the favorite. Sam Sheehan had a great XC season and will probably contend along with Stanis Moody-Roberts. Shaw is slightly favored in the 2 mile, but who knows what could happen with those three and others.

I think Marceau will be in the mix with the 2mile. He said he is going to start running it come outdoor. And Millet should be higher after that performance on monday!

I guess since i dont think there is really anyone from Lawrence on this site, ill be the voice of the team

This year, like most years at Lawrence we will have a lot of kids running track, but no real super-star runners.... But heres some of the people that I think should make a little impact for the team.

Mike Brooks: 800
Matt Lowe:800, 400
Brian Trahan: Hurdles
Kyle Sanborn: 100, 200
Depending on who runs the relays, and if we screw up our handoffs like in indoor states, we should have a decent 4x100 and 4x400


Tell you the truth thats about all i know that will be making much of an impact for us, I also dont know everyone thats coming out this year... but then again im sure some of you know more about my team then i do because im not to much of a track person.

From what I know so far one of my main focuses is going to be the 1600 and so is Matt Martins on my team so I'm not saying were going to score at states but I think we have a good chance.
