Default shrinking pixels

Is there any way to shrink pictures down to 80x80 to use as a avatar.

you can save it to your computer and do it in paint, or a photoshop program.
Also try www.avatarity.com

open the pic with paint, then on the toolbar select on
image>stretch/skew
then under the "stretch" part, type in the percent decrease of size to the original photo to fit the new photos correct dimensions. then save it when it is small enough, and upload it as the avatar.

for example, if you have a 200x200 pixel photo you need to shrink to 80x80, you would type in "40" in the both % boxes because 80 is 40% of 200.
