State 4a?

Ok, I want a list of the best runners(2mile and mile) in 4a, and their times, please try to have their year(sophomore, senior, etc.) and if thats too hard, lets try to make a a list for the best in the state for the mile and 2 mile. I'll give some of the info i know. this is from southwest louisiana.
